Billing & Contact Information

Updating your Offtoa billing profile is a three-step process:

• Overview: During this step, we explain what the next two steps will entail.
  You can cancel at the step if you wish by pressing cancel.
• Payment. Here you can change the name on your billing information, your billing address, or your billing information.
  You may cancel at this step if you wish by pressing cancel.
• Confirm. Pressing this button confirms the changes that you just made.
  You may cancel at this step if you wish by pressing cancel.

Note 1. If you have an outstanding balance on your account due to a previous billing cycle failing to be processed (usually due to your financial institution declining a charge), please note the above process will incur a charge equal to that outstanding balance due.
Note 2. If your account is paid up to date, the above process will not incur any charges to your account. It simply updates your billing information for future charges.
Note 3. We collect your payment information and immediately relay it to a trusted 3rd party (Authorize.net) for safekeeping/storage on our behalf. We do not store it on our servers.
