Why do I have no customers in a specific market?

Offtoa uses many of your stated assumptions to compute the number of customers, so any of these could cause customers on your customer analysis report to be zero:

  1. If no money was allocated to the marketing and sales expense category (on the menu, select assumptions/costs/other expenses) that is driving customer acquisition in your sales model (on the menu, select assumptions/revenues/sales models). Note: Make sure you are examining the same market in the sales model that you were examining when you were looking at the customer analysis (both of the screens are market specific; see “options” at the upper right corner of the screen).
  2. If the personnel category (on the menu, select assumptions/costs/personnel) who is driving customer acquisition in your sales model (on the menu, select assumptions/revenues/sales models) is earning no salary. Note: Make sure you are examining the same market in the sales model that you were examining when you were looking at the customer analysis (both of the screens are market specific; see “options” at the upper right corner of the screen).
  3. If the customer acquisition cost (CAC) in your sales model (on the menu, select assumptions/revenues/sales models) is extremely high. Note: Make sure you are examining the same market in the sales model that you were examining when you were looking at the customer analysis (both of the screens are market specific; see “options” at the upper right corner of the screen).
  4. If the average order size (AOS) in your sales model (on the menu, select assumptions/revenues/sales models) is zero. Note: Make sure you are examining the same market in the sales model that you were examining when you were looking at the customer analysis (both of the screens are market specific; see “options” at the upper right corner of the screen).
  5. If the Product Mix (the blue button on the right of the Sales Model screen – on the menu, select assumptions/revenues/sales models) shows zeros for all products. Note: Make sure you are examining the same market in the sales model that you were examining when you were looking at the customer analysis (both of the screens are market specific; see “options” at the upper right corner of the screen).
