This is the result of setting the AOS in your sales model (on the menu, select assumptions/revenues/sales models) to zero. Note: Make sure you are examining the same market in the sales model that you were examining when you were looking at the customer analysis (both of the screens are market specific; see "options" at the upper right corner of the screen).
