To view a one-page summary of your company's financial projections suitable to export onto a PowerPoint slide to show potential investors in lenders, select reports/financial summary in the menu. You can customize this report as follows:

• To display the number of units sold during each period, select the down arrow to the right of the “Report Options” header. When the options window opens, check or unselect the “Show Units Sold” option. Then Refresh the Report.
• To display COGS during each period, select the down arrow to the right of the “Report Options” header. When the options window opens, check or unselect the “Show cost of goods sold” option. Then Refresh the Report.
• To display the number of customers you have during each period, select the down arrow to the right of the “Report Options” header. When the options window opens, check or unselect the “Show Customer Data” option. Then Refresh the Report.

Once you are happy with the contents, press the 'Export to Excel' button. Then copy the desired cells from Excel to PowerPoint and do a final reformatting and clean up.
