In the menu, select assumptions/financing/investments. Then select the Investors tab (or the Founders tab of you want to make the change to the founders' round). Select the investment round whose price per share you wish to change. Then change its price.

Note that this will also change the number of shares being sold. If you want to maintain the number of shares unchanged, you will have to change the amount of money being raised accordingly.

Here are two examples. In both cases, let us assume that you had been raising $200,000 at $1.00 per share and you now decided to change the price per share to $2.00:

• If you just make the one change to the price per share, you will now be selling 100,000 shares instead of 200,000 shares.
• If you want to keep the number of shares unchanged at 200,000, you should change the price per share to $2.00 and change the raise from $200,000 to $400,000.
