Just set up the exercise of the warrant as an investment round called “warrant #x.” In the menu, click on Assumptions/Financing/Investments/Investors. Add a new investment. Enter the investment details. In the comments field, add a comment that describes which loan or earlier investment round this warrant is associated with.
