Updating your Offtoa billing profile is a three-step process:
Note 1. If you have an outstanding balance on your account due to a previous billing cycle failing to be processed (usually due to your financial institution declining a charge), please note the above process will incur a charge equal to that outstanding balance due.
Note 2. If your account is paid up to date, please note that the above process does not incur any charges to your account. It simply updates your billing information for future charges.
Note 3. We collect your payment information and immediately relay it to a trusted 3rd party (Authorize.net) for safekeeping/storage on our behalf. We do not store it on our servers.
