Charts

Offtoa provides a variety of charts/graphs to help you visualize what is happening on your financial statements. For example:

  • The Cash Balance Chart is a graph of the line “Cash at End of Period” of the monthly cash flow diagram. It thus plots how much cash your company has at the end of each month during the period that you have chosen to examine.
  • The Monthly Net Cash Flow Chart is a graph of the line “Net Increase (Decrease) in Cash” of the monthly cash flow statement. It thus shows how much cash your company spends (if negative) or takes in (if positive) each month during the period that you have chosen to examine.
  • The Annual Valuation Chart answers the question “what would my company be worth if the liquidity event occurred during each year?”
  • The Cumulative P&L Chart plots annual revenues and annual expenses for each year. It thus enables you to see visually when revenues exceed expenses.
  • The Annual P&L Chart plots annual revenues, COGS, expenses, and EBITDA. It thus enables you to quickly see visually how the company is doing financially. Some entrepreneurs prefer to show this to investors rather than a table of numbers due to its visual impact.
