How do I determine if my valuation and IRR is reasonable? How do I determine if I have errors in my valuation and IRR report?

Two ways exist to obtain this feedback:

  1. In the menu, select business analysis/financial review. Click on the Category box at the top of the list and select “Valuation and IRR.” You will see a list of all problems with your valuation and IRR report listed in order of severity from most severe to least severe. You may also click on the Severity box at the top of the list and select a specific severity to examine. Press the blue magnifying glass button associated with any of the findings to display the valuation and IRR report with the specific problematic cells highlighted. Press the green wrench button to see a list of changes you can make to your assumptions that would correct this problem.
  2. In the menu, select reports/valuation and IRR. At the bottom of the screen, select Analysis Findings. Use the blue forward and back arrows to scroll through the problems associated with the valuation and IRR report. Press the green wrench button to see a list of changes you can make to your assumptions that would correct this problem.
