Why don't the Accrued Liabilities on my balance sheet equal Accrued Liabilities on my cash flow statement?

The A/L line on the balance sheet shows the actual amount of money you owe; it is your outstanding accrued liabilities. Meanwhile, the A/L line on your cash flow statement reports changes in your accrued liabilities since the last period.
