Why are so many (or so few) customers departing a specific market? Why is the A1 line on the customer analysis report for a specific market so high/low?

This is the result of setting the Retention Rate in your sales model (on the menu, select assumptions/revenues/sales models) to a very high number (close to 100%) or a very low number (close to 0%). Note: Make sure you are examining the same market in the sales model that you were examining when you were looking at the customer analysis (both of the screens are market specific; see “options” at the upper right corner of the screen).
