What are accounting fees?
These are fees you pay to have your accounting performed. Usually “billed to G&A.” If you don't know how to set up your accounting books, and don't have any friends who can do it for you gratis, you may need to hire an accountant. Ask around to see what local accountants charge per hour. You might also consider paying for an annual audit; this makes getting acquired much easier.
